Menu Tools

  • Sum
    Ctrl-F2
    Sums data in the current column.

  • Calculator
    Shift-F4
    Calls the calculator. For more information please see the Calculator help section.

  • Sort
    Ctrl-S
    Sorts the database singly or by several fields. For more information please see the Sort help section.

  • Filter
    Alt-F3
    Filters records in the database. For more information please see the Filter help section.

  • Fill
    Ctrl-L
    Fills the current field with a specified value. For more information please see the Fill help section.

  • Export
    Ctrl-F9
    Exports records from the database to other formats. The export modules are external DLLs; anyone can write their own DLL for export to any format. For more information please see the Export help section.

  • Compare
    Ctrl-2
    Allows you to compare two tables.

  • Group by...
    You can group table by some field.

  • Encoding
    Allows you to encode and decode the database and work with an encrypted database as with an usual database. For more information please see the Encoding help section.

  • All
    Allows you to mark for deleting, recall or inverse a sign of deleting for all records.

  • Group
    Allows you to mark for deleting, recall or inverse a sign of deleting for records with specified numbers.

  • Append from
    Ctrl-A
    Appends data from another .DBF-file or .TXT-file. For more information please see the Append from help section.

  • Header editor
    Calls a hexadecimal editor of the database's header.

  • Hex panel
    Shows content of a field as a hexadecimal value.
